Nick (my little brother) is up...

Utilizing the infamous Richie-issimo lugset and BB shell, my little brother's bike starts to take shape. I am using 56% silver and Fred Parr's "Stainless Light" flux. More pics real soon, as this bike needs to be done tomorrow.

Yep, its mine. Done. Off to the painter for some secret paint that will be exposed at NAHBS.

FYI, This is only my 2nd ever lugged bike. I think I am getting the hang of these things... ;)

Up next is Nick and Steve. Both lugged. One road, the other fixie. Both cool!

Back is killing me. I cant wait for tomorrow when i can hit up Brad, my chiropractor.
he can usually spot whats wrong with me within 10 seconds. hopefully he can fix me that fast, too.

still sick, but better

This flu bug kicked my ass. Today is the first day without a fever over 100*.
I am amazed I feel this well, except my lower back is killing me. At risk to losing anymore time vs. a relapse, i am chancing it in the shop today. I hope to have my own bike done.
Then I will have 2 or 3 more to do within 11 days. However many I can get done will get done for the show. If your waiting, I am doing my best, but this damn flu hit me pretty hard.
Hopefully some pics a bit later today.

sicker than a dog. Fever broke this morning, so I went to the shop and tried to get work done. That didnt last very long. going back to bed. This sucks.

Mansur done

Mansur's bike done. Turned out pretty good. I am happy with it. Leaves for the painter first thing tomorrow and will return lemon chiffon....wasnt my color choice.

My bike is next. I am pretty excited as this is the first bike I have made for myself in a very long time. Its gonna kick ass!
